Join Deep Rooted Retreats in the wild PNW where the high mountains meet the deep Pacific sea. Be surrounded by nature's wonders with daily yoga classes, surf lessons, seaweed medicine, Native American cultural experience (Makah Tribe), Surfrider Foundation mission & workshops (i.e., Bluewater Task Force, Beach Cleanups, etc.), and a mobile sauna & massage therapist/bodyworker to increase clarity, empowerment, and inner peace in community. As a participant, you will have the flexibility to flow while also rooting deep with Mother Nature's guidance. We offer many fun adventures as well as more calming and tranquil adventures, so you get the best of both worlds! This is a time to feel balanced and prepare for the Fall Equinox, a place to experience nearly equal periods of day and night, yin and yang ~ BALANCE & PEACE. Since we're staying on Native American land, we are offering this to all Makah tribal members for free and will be participating in a beach cleanup around the area we're visiting.
