Yoga Teacher & Co-Facilitator
Originally from Guatemala and raised in Northern Virginia, I’m a yoga teacher and certified birth and postpartum doula with a passion for holistic wellness. After over a decade of practicing yoga, I began teaching in 2021 and hold certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Perinatal Yoga. In 2020, I moved to Los Angeles to fully embrace my calling of supporting women through birth and postpartum, launching my doula business in 2023 and going full-time in 2024. I’ve since supported over 30 families and remain deeply committed to addressing maternal health disparities through education, movement, and compassionate care.
