Rooted in Flow Retreat
Summer 2026
HOBUCK BEACH RESORT, Neah Bay, WA
Join Deep Rooted Retreats in the wild PNW where the high mountains meet the deep Pacific sea. Be surrounded by nature's wonders with daily yoga classes, surf lessons, seaweed medicine, Native American cultural experience, and sauna & massage to increase clarity, empowerment, and inner peace in community. As a participant, you will have the flexibility to flow while also rooting deep with Mother Nature's guidance. We offer many fun adventures as well as more calming and tranquil adventures, so you get the best of both worlds! This is a time to feel balanced and prepare for the Fall Equinox, a place to experience nearly equal periods of day and night, yin and yang ~ BALANCE & PEACE. Since we're staying on Native American land, we are offering this to all Makah tribal members for free and will be participating in a beach cleanup around the area we're visiting.
Dare to get uncomfortable in the wild to flow & root deep into your soul hOMe within our PNW commUNITY?
We are open to all beings!

Audrey's Story
Audrey Abshire shares her journey of breaking away from societal expectations and reconnecting with her true self through yoga, travel, and deep inner work. After facing a dark period in her late 20s, she embraced vulnerability, let go of control, and trusted the universe, which led to profound transformation and healing. Her travels across 17 countries, yoga certifications, and spiritual studies shaped her mission to inspire others to overcome fear, follow their dreams, and live authentically. Rooted in both Costa Rica and Washington State, she now hosts retreats that help others reconnect with nature, spirit, and universal love. Audrey’s story demonstrates how trusting the source and stepping outside the “monkey mind” can create freedom, joy, and a deeper sense of home.
