"Truly grateful to have the safety you offered in traveling the first time out of country. I am so grateful for the opportunity of being so immersed in nature and surrounded by women."
-Taya Brady
What was your favorite part about the retreat?
"How primitive and exposed we were to the elements I really enjoyed this local experience. The food the ecolodge and the adventures each day. I think we also had a perfect amount of downtime. The biggest lesson was respect for different cultures and environments and appreciating the differences in people and our individual ways of life.Thank you Audrey, you didn't have to share Costa Rica's best kept secret with us but you did and I'm forever grateful for that."
-Hannah Bissett

What is something that surprised you that you least expected?
"I didn’t expect to get so close to the other girls and allow myself to open up. Staying all together was very special. The reading of taro cards, cacao ceremony, eating together, journaling and discussing allowed us all to be vulnerable and emotional around each other. Which is hard to do in every day life. Was absolutely worth my time and energy. It was rejuvenating, emotional (positive emotions), allowed me to connect with new people, feel grounded and connected to nature. My body felt so good walking, being in the ocean, and eating yummy healthy food. Such an amazing trip."-Eleanore O'Neill
What was your favorite part about the retreat?

I also really loved and needed the down time. Sitting in the cold pool, reading my book. Just sitting and being quiet listening to the beach and the jungle The restorative yoga class was so relaxing and I felt so stretched and zen after." -Eleanore O'Neill
What was your favorite part about the retreat?
"The yoga sessions were incredibly impactful for me. They helped me find a sense of inner peace and relaxation that I hadn't experienced in a long time. I found the retreat scheudle to be well-planned and the timing to be appropriate for each activity. I believe the retreat provided great vlaue for the cost. The quality of the program, accommodations, and overall experience justified the price." -Ashlee Reaves

The trip was great, I was pleasantly surprised and am so happy I was able to go. Traveling alone can be daunting, but the group of woman that came together were truly inspiring and I really loved everyone’s company. Would love to do a reunion retreat to see everyone again!
