In order to protect the energy and the community of our Rooted in Flow Retreat, all participants must agree to the following Commitment Statement before their final payment.

"I commit to maintain respectful behavior with all participants throughout the duration of the retreat. I commit to not engage in any form of gossip with or about other participants. I commit to not using suggestive or inappropriate language to or about any other participant."

Please read the following Retreat Waiver & Release of Liability and confirm by booking your spot.

1. Consent to Participate

I, the undersigned, voluntarily consent to participate in a yoga and adventure retreat offered by Deep Rooted Retreats LLC (the “Company”). I understand that this retreat involves yoga practice, adventure activities, and related events conducted in a group setting.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that yoga and adventure activities involve strenuous physical activity, requiring balance, flexibility, muscle strength, aerobic fitness, and mental concentration. I recognize the inherent risks, which include but are not limited to, soreness, strains, sprains, pulls, tears, bruises, cuts, illnesses, and other unforeseeable injuries.

I have prior experience with yoga and/or have conducted sufficient research to appreciate the physical and mental demands of the retreat.

3. Health Representation

I certify that:

• I am in good physical and mental health and have no condition that would prevent full participation.

• I have either:

  • Received clearance from my physician to participate; or

  • Chosen to participate at my own risk after carefully considering my physical condition.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the retreat, including travel to and from the venue, use of facilities, and instruction by paid or volunteer staff.

4. Duty to Inform

If at any point I develop a physical injury or medical condition that could affect my participation, I will promptly notify Deep Rooted Retreats LLC in writing.

5. Responsibility for Personal Well-being

I agree to:

• Monitor my physical and mental condition throughout the retreat.

• Practice at a pace and intensity that is safe for me.

• Follow all rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by the retreat organizers and instructors.

• 6. Release and Waiver of Liability
  In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless:

  • Deep Rooted Retreats LLC, Audrey Abshire, all instructors, assistants, sponsors, hosts, facility providers, directors, officers, employees, and any related parties (“Released Parties”)

• From any and all claims, liabilities, actions, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat. This release covers claims due to negligence, injury, illness, or any other harm.
  7. Covenant Not to Sue
  I agree not to initiate any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against the Released Parties for any injuries or damages related to the retreat, even if such injuries were unforeseeable at the time.
  8. Severability
  If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  9. Travel Requirements

  • A valid ID (Passport) is required and is the responsibility of each participant.

  • A valid ID (Passport) must be submitted to Deep Rooted Retreats LLC by the payment deadline.

• 10. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: $500 to secure a retreat spot (non-refundable).

  • Final Payment Due: 60 days prior to arrival.

• 11. Inclusions
  Retreat pricing includes:

  • Accommodation

  • Meals

  • Activities during the retreat

• Transportation and travel insurance are not included and are the participant’s responsibility.
  12. Cancellation Policy

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to different retreat dates in case of cancellation.

  • Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

• 13. Age and Legal Competency
  I affirm that:

  • I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign this waiver; or

  • I am the parent/legal guardian of the participant and accept full responsibility for the participant’s actions and agreement to this waiver.
